Pittston Area and Wyoming Area took the early Wyoming Valley Conference wrestling leads by becoming the only teams to get to 2-0 in either division prior to Christmas. The Patriots lead Division 1 while the Warriors lead Division 2 following victories during the week. Pittston Area 45, Crestwood 30 Pittston Area won Wednesday’s match at Crestwood to get to 2-0 in Division 1 and 6-2 overall.
