Wyoming Area’s boys and girls soccer teams, along with Pittston Area’s girls team, are preparing for the PIAA District 2 playoffs next week.

The Wyoming Area boys team is the only team to not lose each game they played this week. The Warriors used a goal in the waning minutes on Tuesday to earn a tie with Meyers.

Damien Bronsburg scored with 7:38 remaining, assisted by Casey Orlando, to tie the game at 1. After two overtime periods, the score remained the same and the teams finished with a tie.
